Another Classic, very easy but with a very good taste, doesn't look so good here but you should try it!

Another piece from the oven




















That is a thing a did long ago. This ist rosefish filet on potatoe pieces, tomatoes, olives with olive oil and white wine. The whole stuff is scalopped with mozarella and decorated with basil after it left the oven.

Lasagne con Bollo!















I just did what i had to do. And what do you do when you cooked 8 litres of Sauce Bolognese for your friends and they couldn't eat it all? Right you creating the greatest Lasagne ever (with a little help of my good friend Jamie). It is made of 5 layers with Sauce Bolognese and one layer of Creme Fraice, Tomatoes, basil and grated Parmesan. Then the whole thing went to the oven for half an hour! Tasty!
